Take skin and fat off; cut into large chunks

Marinade:
2/3 cup orange juice
2/3 cup soy sauce
4 tbsp parsley
4 tbsp oil
2 tbsp crushed garlic
1 tsp basil

Directions:
Directions:
Marinate overnight or 3-4 hours on the counter. Save juice. Boil before serving and drizzle over fish.

Grill 8-10 minutes per side (or more, depending on the thickness of the fish). Brush with marinade while grilling.
