1 box lemon cake mix
1 pkg. lemon instant pudding
1 c. water
3 eggs
1/3 c. lemon juice
2 c. powdered sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together, cake mix, pudding, water, and eggs. Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan. Bake at 325 for 1 hour or until toothpick comes out clean. Remove from oven and prick top of cake with fork. Mix together lemon juice and powdered sugar. Pour glaze over the cake. Let cool 15 minutes. Remove to serving platter.
