1 cup white rice (instant)j
1 cup wild rice
5 cups water (divided)
2 tsp salt
1 cup mushrooms
1/2 cup chopped celery
1 cup onions
1/2 cup butter
1/2 cup sliced water chestnuts
1 can cream of chicken soup
1 can cream of mushroom soup
2 cans canned white chicken

Directions:
Directions:
Cook wild rice in 4 cups of water with 2 tsp salt for 45 minutes. Drain rice and add instant rice and 1 cup water. Saute mushrooms, celery, and onions in butter for 5 minutes. Mix all together with soup and chestnuts, and place in a greased casserole dish. Bake at 350 for 1 hour uncovered. Add water if needed.
