Cook 1 cup rice and mix together with: 2 cups diced turkey 1 cup chopped celery 2 oz. diced pimento 1 can cream of celery soup 1 can cream of chicken soup 1 soup can milk 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese 1/2 can Durkee french fried onion rings
Place in a cassarole dish and bake at 350º until it bubbles in the center. Top with remaining onion rings and return to oven for 5 - 10 minutes until onions are crisp.
