2 cups cooked, chopped chicken
1 1/2 cups chopped celery
1/2 cup chopped almonds
1/2 bottle cucumber ranch salad dressing
8 lettuce leaves
8 soft taco shells
mayonnaise

Directions:
Directions:
Combine chicken, celery, almonds, and cucumber. Coat well with salad dressing. Add more dressing, if needed.

Spread each taco shell with a light coating of mayonnaise. Place a lettuce leaf on each taco shell. Fill with 1/2 cup chicken mixture. Roll up.
