2 lbs frozen hash browns
1 can cream of potato soup
1 can cream of celery soup
1 (8 oz) sour cream
green peppers and onions (1/2 to 1 cup each, as desired)
2 cups grated cheddar cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Mix together. Place in a 9 x 13 baking pan. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. You can reheat for later serving.
