3 cups diced cooked chicken 1 can (13.25 oz) chunk or tidbit pineapple, drained 2 cans water chestnuts, drained and sliced 2 tbsp sliced green onions 1/4 cup cashews or peanuts 1 tsp ginger 3/4 cup sour cream
Mix ginger and sour cream for dressing. Line bowl with lettuce and put in salad.
