1 medium head of cauliflower (cut into bite size pieces)
1 medium head of cabbage (green or red can be used), shredded
1 medium onion, chopped fine
1 lb bacon, chopped, fried crisp and drained
2 cups mayonnaise (can use Miracle Whip)
1/3 cup sugar
1/3 cup Parmesan cheese
1/2 tsp salt
1/4 tsp pepper

Directions:
Directions:
Thoroughly blend mayo, sugar, cheese, salt and pepper. Layer cauliflower, then 1/4 dressing; cabbage, 1/4 dressing; onion, 1/4 dressing; bacon, 1/4 dressing. Cover bowl and chill overnight. Toss well before serving.
