4 c. (20 oz) pineapple chunks 2 c sugar 12 T flour 4 c sharp grated cheddar cheese 1 stick melted butter Ritz Crackers
Combine pineapple, sugar, flour and cheese. Pour in 9 x 13-inch baking dish. Crumble crackers over top and pour butter over all. Bake at 350º for 25 minutes or until cheese is melted and casserole is hot.
