1 medium onion, chopped
1 clove garlic, chopped
1 T. oil
1/2 c. chopped celery, including tops
1 lb. ground beef
1 t. salt
dash pepper
1 T. Worcestershire sauce
1 c. catsup

Directions:
Directions:
Saute onion, garlic and celery in oil until onion is golden. Add meat and stir until cooked. Drain fat and add remaining ingredients. Cover and simmer about 20-30 minutes.
