1 C whipping cream
30 large marshmallows
3 T milk (melt over boiling water, cool slightly)
1 small can crushed drained pineapple
1 C finely grated cheese
2 well rounded T miracle whip
1/2 C nuts (optional)

Directions:
Directions:
Put pineapple to drain, while marshmallows melt. Grate cheese, whip cream stiff. Add miracle whip, marshmallows. Whip together then stir in lightly with fork cheese, pineapple and nuts. Pour in a casserole dish and chill (not freeze) for 4 hours. Cut rings of maraschino cherries to garnish if desired.
