2-3 cucumbers
1-2 onions sliced
Nakano brand Original Seasoned Rice Vinegar
Honey mustard
Salt and pepper to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Peel and slice cucumbers into thin slices.
Add some thinly sliced onions if you want.
Cover slices with seasoned rice vinegar, which already contains sugar. Add about one tablespooon of honey mustard per 1/2 cup of vinegar and mix it in. Repeat until cucumbers are covered. Marinate until mealtime-salt and pepper to desired taste.
