1st layer:
8 oz. cream cheese -softened
1 cup powdered sugar xxxx
6 oz. Cool Whip
Mix well and spread over cool crust.

2nd layer:
1 large box instant lemon pudding mix (I used 2 small boxes of no sugar
3 cups cold milk
Mix well and spread over layer.

Top with 6 oz Cool Whip and sprinkle with some chopped nuts.

1 stick of butter - melted
1 cup plain flour
1/2 cup chopped nuts (of course from the south, I used pecans)
Mix well and spread on bottom of 13x9" pan. Bake 20 minutes at 350 degrees
and cool.
