6 slices bacon
1/4 c. chopped green pepper
1/4 c. finely chopped onion
2 c. canned tomatoes with juice
1 t. salt
1/8 t. pepper
1 c. uncooked rice
2-3 c. water

Directions:
Directions:
Fry bacon until crisp and remove from pan. Saute onion and green pepper until soft. Add bacon and remaining ingredients and simmer until rice is soft about 30-45 mins.
