2 1/2# venison, cut into 1/2 inch strips 3/4 c. soy sauce 2 t. liquid smoke (optional) 1/4 c. ketchup or Barbecue sauce 3/4 T. pepper 1/2 t. garlic powder 1/2 t. onion powder 1/2 t. tabasco sauce (optional) 1/8 t. marjoram 1/4 c. brown sugar
Mix all ingredients together, let marinate for 2 hours. Place meat strips on food dehydrator for approximately 6-8 hours. Can also be dehydrated in stove at 145-150º for 6-8 hours.
