1 med head cauliflower, cut tiny flowerettes
1/2 C butter
2/3 C chopped onion
2 T flour
2 C chicken broth
Liquid from cooking cauliflower
2 C half and half cream
1/2 t Worcestershire sauce
3/4 t salt
2 C grated cheddar cheese or processed cheese
