1/2 C crisco 3/4 C granulated sugar 1/4 C brown sugar 2 eggs 3 bananas 1 t vanilla 1 3/4 C flour 1 t soda 1/2 t salt Nuts are optional
Cream crisco, sugars and eggs. Add the mashed bananas and vanilla. Sift and add the flour, soda and salt and fold in the nuts. Pour into a greased loaf pan and bake at 350º for 30 minutes. Reduce heat to 325º and continue baking for 20 to 30 minutes.
