1/2 C chopped, peeled avocado
2 t fresh lemon juice
1/2 t salt
1/4 t celery seed
dash of pepper
1/2 C dairy sour cream

Directions:
Directions:
Put in blender. Cover and puree until smooth.
Blend in an additional 1/2 cup of sour cream. Chill covered, allowing flavors to blend. Put dressing over tossed greens.
