6 medium potatoes, boil in skins
Peel-grate on coarse grater
Melt 1/4 C butter, pour over grated potatoes.
1 can cream of chicken soup, plus 1/2 C milk
1/2 pint sour cream
1/3 C green onions, chopped (optional)
1/2 C shredded cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Add all to the potatoes.
Top wilth 2 C crumbled corn flakes, mixed with 2 T melted butter. Bake at 350 for 30 minutes.
