2 deep dish pie crust
2 pts. fresh strawberries
1 2/3 c. sugar
2 1/4 c.water
6 T. cornstarch
2 (3 oz.) boxes strawberry gelatin
whipped topping

Directions:
Directions:
Bake & cool pie shells about 10 mins. @ 350 or until lightly browned. Wash strawberries, drain and slice into cooled pie crusts. Combine in sauce pan the sugar, water, & cornstarch; cook & stir until thick and clear. Add strawberry gelatin & stir well. Pour gelatin mixture over & around strawberries. Refrigerate pies until filling has congealed. Top with whipped topping.
