4 Medium sized Bell Peppers
1.5 lb Ground Beef
1 Egg beaten
Small diced Onion
Salt
Pepper
2 small cans tomato sauce
1/2-3/4 cup crushed soda crackers/oatmeal/breadcrumbs (your choice)

Directions:
Directions:
Mix Ground Beef (uncooked), Egg, Onion, Salt, Pepper, 1 can of Tomato Sauce, and Crackers. Halve Peppers lengthwise, remove ribs and seeds. Stuff Peppers. Put in a glass dish. Microwave for 15-20 minutes until meat is no longer pink. Cover with additional tomato sauce during last few minutes of cooking. Serve over white rice.
