1 pkg lemon jello
1 1/2 C hot water
1 pkg cottage cheese
1 C whipped cream
1/2 C mayonnaise
1 1/2 C salad marshmallows (small ones)
1 C crushed pineapple

Directions:
Directions:
Set the jello in 1 1/2 cups hot water until it is just starting to set, but not firm. Beat with an egg beater until it is real fluffy. Then add marshmallows, whipped cream, cottage cheese, and mix real good, then add crushed pineapple and mayonnaise. Beat or mix well and place in glass dish and place in refrigerator for an hour or until firm. Decorate with Maraschino cherries.

(Rue, this makes a large salad. However, we like it so well-I make the full recipe, and it will keep for a couple of days. However, it never lasts a couple of days at our house.)
