1 ˝ lbs ground beef 1 lg onion 1 28oz can whole tomatoes chopped with juice 1 14 oz can undrained kidney beans 1 can shoe peg corn 1 8oz can tomato sauce 1 pkg taco seasoning mix Salt Pepper 4 cup water Tabasco (opt)
Sauté ground beef and onion; drain. Combine remaining ingredients in large soup pot. Add beef and onion. Simmer for 1 hour. If desired, serve with grated cheese, sour cream and corn chips.
