1 1/2 c. cooked sweet potatoes
1 tsp. vanilla
1 1/2 c. Pet Milk
1/2 sticks oleo
8 T. brown sugar
1 pie shell
1/2 tsp. ginger
1/2 tsp. cinnamon
1/2 tsp. nutmeg
1/2 tsp. salt
1/2c dark corn syrup
3 eggs, separated

Directions:
Mash potatoes, add vanilla, milk, & oleo. Blend all other ingredients (except egg whites) in lg. bowl. Then add potatoe mixture, whip til light. Beat egg whites & fold in last. Pour in pie shell. Bake @ 375 for 45 mins.
