2 (8 oz) cream of cheese
1 cup brown sugar
2 tsp Mexican vanilla

Directions:
Directions:
Soften cream cheese and blend in brown sugar and vanilla. Beat until smooth and sugar crystals are dissolved.
Delicious with apple slices!

Personal Notes:
Personal Notes:
A hint from a friend of mine who does catering. Put apple slices in a large Ziploc bag and add a little sprite. Shake well. Drain and put apple slices on serving dish. Keeps the apples from turning brown.
