1 package of chicken tenders (skinless)
1/4 cup McCormick Caribbean Jerk Spice Mix
1/2 cup oil
1/8 cup lemon juice (bottle real lemon will work)

Honey Mustard Dip
3/4 cup mayo
3 tbsp. honey
2 tbsp. yellow mustard
2 tbsp orange juice
1 tbsp. lemon juice
squirt of horseradish-to taste

Directions:
Directions:
Mix ingredients, add chicken. Let marinade for several hours. Bake in oven at 350, covered for about 20 minutes or until done.

Honey Mustard Dip
Mix all ingredients well. Chill for 1 hour.

I got this recipe from Tina Carestia (sister-in-law) and my whole family loves it. We make it for New Years as a special treat and our company loves it.
