1 1/2 lb. grd. beef
1 c. crushed crackers
salt/pepper
1 egg
1 c. grated cheese
1/2 c. milk
chopped onion
chopped bell pepper (Optional)
1 Tbsp. catsup

Directions:

Mix all the ingredients together. Shape into a loaf. Bake at 350 for 1 hour. (covered)
