potatoes peeled (amount desired) and quartered vegetable oil salt and pepper to taste
Heat vegetable oil in a non stick frying pan,swirling to coat. Dump in potatoes, sprinkle with salt and pepper and cover. Cook over med-high heat, stirring occasionally until tender. May take lid off and brown a little more.
