4 pork chops 1 med. onion 1 T. lemon juice 3 T. catsup 3 T. brown sugar 1-2 T. water
Place pork chops in greased baking dish, sprinkle with salt and pepper. Add slice of onion to each chop. Mix together lemon juice, catsup, brown sugar, water. Pour sauce over all. Cover dish with foil, bake 30 min. Uncover dish, baste chops, cook 45 min.
