1 lb. frozen fish fillets, thaw
3 T. butter
4-6 thin onion slices
1-8oz. can tomato sauce
1 c. buttered croutons
1/4 c. Parmesan cheese

Directions:
Directions:
Cut fillets into serving pieces. Melt butter in 9x13 baking dish, dip fish in butter, placing skin-side down. Season fish to taste. Place an onion slice on each piece of fish. Cover with tomato sauce. Sprinkle with croutons. Top with Parmesan cheese. Bake at 350 for 30-35 minutes.
