2 small packages orange gelatin
1 tbsp sugar
2 cups boiling water
1 cup frozen orange juice
2 small cans mandarin oranges, drained
1 (No. 2) can crushed pineapple, undrained

Topping:
1 small package vanilla instant pudding
1 cup milk
1/2 pint heavy cream, whipped

Directions:
Directions:
Dissolve jello and sugar in water. Add orange juice. Chill until partially jelled. Fold in fruits. Chill until firm.

Topping: Combine milk and pudding. Mix until slightly thick. Fold in which cream and work quickly to spread over jello.
