2 1/4 lbs. small red potatoes, Quartered
3 slices bacon
1/2 C. Frozen Peas
1/3 C Bottled Parmesan Cheese salad dressing
2 Scallions, thinly sliced
2 Tbs. chopped fresh parsley
1/8 Tsp. pepper

Directions:
In pot over high heat combine potatoes with enough water to cover: bring to a boil. Reduce heat to medium. Cook until tender, 20 to 25 minutes: rinse under cold water until cool. Meanwhile in nonstick skillet over medium heat cook bacon until crisp. 6 to 8 minutes: drain on paper towels. Crumble: reserve. In bowl toss potatoes and peas with salad dressing, scallions, parsley and pepper: sprinkle with bacon
