1 1/2 lbs ground beef
1 tbsp flour
2 cups water
1/4 cup grated cheddar cheese
1 envelope Lipton Onion Soup Mix
1 8 oz. can tomato sauce
1 cup raw macaroni, cooked

Directions:
Directions:
In large skillet, brown meat. Drain off excess fat. Stir in Lipton Onion Soup Mix, flour, tomato sauce and water. Simmer covered for 5 mins. Stir in macaroni. Turn into 1 1/2 qt casserole dish. Sprinkle with cheese. Bake 15 mins in pre-heated oven at 400

This was a staple of mine during college and it's easy to divvy it up into smaller containers to freeze for later.
Tastes good, but not terribly "lite"! ha!
