1 medium chopped onion
1 clove garlic, minced
1/2 cup chopped green pepper
1 lb. ground, uncooked turkey
1/2 tsp pepper
1 28 oz. can tomatoes or 1 qt tomatoes
2 15 oz cans kidney or pinto beans, drained
2 tsp chili powder
1 tsp oregano

Serve with Baked Hush Puppies (see additional recipe)

Brown onion, garlic, green pepper and ground turkey. Sprinkle pepper on meat mixture.
Add remaining ingredients; bring to a boil; reduce heat and simmer for 30 mins, stirring occasionally.
