1 onion, chopped
6 tbsp butter
6 tbsp flour
2 cups chicken broth
3 cups milk
6 cupped broccoli, chopped
1/4 tsp thyme
1/4 tsp pepper
1 tsp salt

Directions:
Directions:
Cook onion in butter until tender. Add flour and stir to make a paste. SLOWLY add milk, stirring constantly. Add broccoli to milk mixture. Add spices and cook 2-3 minutes. Serves 4.
