1 lb lean ground beef
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp pepper
1/2 tsp Tabasco sauce
1 cup chopped celery
1 cup sliced carrots
1 can whole kernel corn (do not drain)
1 can sliced green beans (do not drain)
2 cups water
1 (16 oz) jar Cheese Whiz

Directions:
Directions:
Brown beef and drain all fat. Add all ingredients except Cheese Whiz. Simmer until done, approximately 20-30 minutes, then add Cheese Whiz. Stir until smooth, and serve (I make this sometimes in the a.m. and then reheat for supper.
