1 can Red Salmon (more flavor then pink)
1 small white potato
1 small onion
1/4 teaspoon celery salt
1 large egg
2 to 3 tablespoons Mayo (not salad dressing)
salt and pepper to tasted

Directions:
Directions:
Peel potato cut into very small cubes,microwave until just soft(let cool some),chop onion in very small pieces,drain salmon take out bones and dark skin.Break up salmon (beat egg) then mix all ingredients.Let set 10 to 15 minutes,make into 4 patties.Spray pan with Pan or use small amount of oil.Fry slow until brown on both sides.

This is something I came up with to replace those tired old salmon patties from my childhood (Friday night dinners) Hope you enjoy as much as we do.
