2 - 10oz pkg frozen broccoli spears
8 - halved chicken breasts
2 cans cream of chicken soup
1/2 c. light mayo
1 tsp lemon juice
1/8 tsp curry powder
1/2 cup shredded cheddar cheese
Salt and Pepper to taste
1/2 cup bread crumbs
1 T. melted butter

Directions:
Directions:
Cook and drain broccoli, spears and lay evenly in a 13x9 casserole dish, bake or boil chicken breasts and place either whole or de-boned chicken pieces on top of broccoli. Combine and blend with mixture of soup, mayo, lemon juice, curry powder, salt & pepper. Pour on top of chicken and broccoli. Sprinkle cheddar cheese on top. Combine bread crumbs and melted butter and cover entire top of casserole.
Bake 350 - 30 minutes or until bubbly
