1/2 to 3/4 cup sugar
3 tbsp. cornstarch
1 1/2 cups water
3 oz. peach Jello
3 cups sliced, skinned peaches

Directions:
Directions:
Mix sugar and corn starch. Add water. Bring to a boil and boil for l minute. Add Jello. Cool to room temperature. Mix in sliced peaches. Pour into pie shell and chill for 3 hours. Garnish with Cool Whip.
