Crush crackers and save 1/2 cup crumbs for top. Add sugar and melted butter. Pat into a 9 x 13 pan. Beat milk and pudding mixes. Add ice cream. Pour over crumb crust. Refrigerate to set. Spread Cool Whip over top and sprinkle with reserved cracker crumbs. Store in refrigerator.
