2 lbs. chicken tenderloins, cut in bite size pieces
1/2 c. soy sauce
1/2 c. lime juice
1/4 c. honey
2 T. flour
1/2 tsp. ground ginger
2 cloves minced garlic
1 bell pepper, sliced in thin strips
1 onion , sliced in thin strips

Directions:
Directions:
In large non stick skillet coated with cooking spray, saute chicken over medium high heat for 3 minutes. Add peppers and onions and cook for 3 more minutes. remove from heat. In a bowl, combine soy sauce, lime juice, honey, flour,ginger and garlic. Return fry pan to medium heat and add soy sauce mixture. Cook about 5 minutes or until the sauce has thickened and chicken is done. Serve over rice.
