Steak 1 Tbsp Olive Oil Salt (Smoked Sea Salt if possible) Pepper Garlic Powder Nature's Seasoning
Lightly cover steak with oil. Season liberally on each side. Let sit out of fridge for 30 minutes prior to cooking. Heat grill (charcoal preferred). Seer on high heat for 1 minute each side. Move to medium heat and cook for additional 2-5 minutes per side depending on thickness of meat and desired doneness.
