6 Ears Sweet Corn
1 Red Pepper
1/4 Cup Parmesan Cheese
1 Tbsp Butter
Salt
Pepper
Garlic Powder
Nature's Seasoning

Directions:
Directions:
Soak Corn in water for 20 minutes. Roast Pepper over grill until charred on all sides. Place in bowl and cover tightly for about 20 minutes until skin starts to separate.
Grill corn for 20-30 minutes over medium heat, turning to cook on all sides. Remove husk as soon as it cool enough to touch. Cut corn off of cob with back side of knife. Remove skin from pepper and dice. Add corn, pepper, butter, cheese, and seasoning to bowl .Serve warm.
Note: Can be made in advance and warmed up prior to serving.
