1 pkg English Muffins
6 Eggs
1/2 lb Bacon, cooked and cut in pieces
6 Sliced American cheese
Salt
Pepper
Nature's Seasoning

Optional: Salsa or Hot Sauce

Directions:
Directions:
Melt tsp of butter in bottom of fry pan. Crack egg in pan
Season to taste. Break the yolk and add bacon directly on egg. Flip once. Cook until no longer runny. Top with slice of cheese and cover to quickly melt. Place on toasted english muffin. Serve hot. Optional: Add salsa or hot sauce to sandwich.
