1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
1 medium onion
4-5 red potatoes, sliced w/ skin on
2 T. butter
salt and pepper to taste
1 (15 oz) can cream style corn
1 (10.75 oz) can cream of tomato soup

Directions:
Directions:
1. Preheat oven to 350
2. In large skillet over medium heat, saute turkey and onion until browned
3. Place sliced potatoes in bottom of lightly greased 2 qt. casserole, cover with butter, salt and pepper. Then layer cream style corn. Top with turkey, and then top with soup.
4. Cover and bake at 350 for 1 hour.
