1 box Uncle Ben's Country Inn Broccoli Au Gratin Rice,
2 cups boiling water,
4 boneless, skinless chicken breasts, frozen
1/4 tsp. garlic powder
2 cups frozen broccoli
1 cup shredded cheese (cheddar or colby jack)

Directions:
Directions:
Heat oven to 425 F. In 13x9 inch pan, combine rice and contents of seasoning packet. Add boiling water; mix well. Add chicken, sprinkle with garlic powder, cover and bake 30 minutes. Add broccoli and continue to bake 8-10 minutes until chicken is done. Add cheese and let it sit in warm oven until cheese melts.
