Salad Ingredients:
2 c. Chicken, cooked and diced
1 can Cream Soup, [mushroom, chicken, asparagus, etc.]
1 tbsp. Lemon Juice
3/4 c. Mayonnaise
2 tbsp. Onion, minced
1 c. Celery, chopped
1 small can Pimento
1/2 c. Almonds, slivered
2 - 3 Eggs, hardboiled, chopped
Topping:
1 c. Cheese, preferably Sharp Cheddar, grated
2 c. Potato Chips, crushed

Directions:
Directions:
Mix all Salad Ingredients together. Place in buttered casserole dish. Top with Cheese and Potato Chips. Bake at 450 for 20 minutes only.
