4 Eggs
1 Cup Boiling Water
1 Stick Margarine
1/2 tsp Salt
1 Cup Flour

Directions:
Directions:
Combine water, margarine, and salt. Heat to boiling, add flour and stir until the mixture leaves the side of the pan. Remove pan from heat, cool slightly, add unbeaten eggs one at a time, beating after each egg until smooth. Drop by spoon on a greased cookie sheet at 350 for 30 min. Puffs are ready when golden brown and firm to the touch.

Note: Can be used for chicken salad or pudding
