2 Cups Flour
1 Tbsp Sugar
1 tsp Salt
4 tsp Baking Powder
1/2 cup Shortening
1 Cup Milk
For Shortcake: add 3 Heaping Tbsp of Sugar

Directions:
Directions:
Mix dry ingredients. Cut in shortening. Add milk. Turn out on floured surface, knead 4-5 times. Roll out to 3/4-1 inch thick. Cut with biscuit cutter. Bake at 350 for 14 minutes or until golden brown.
