1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
1 pkg taco sauce
grated cheese
1 pt sour cream
shredded lettuce
diced tomatoes

Mix cream cheese, sour cream and taco seasoning. Top with lettuce, cheese,
tomatoes and olives.

Avocado Dip

1 (8 oz) pkg cream cheese
1 tub cottage cheese
3 fresh lemons
2 ripe avocados
1 spoonful mayonnaise

Mash cream cheese and avocado together. Add cottage cheese, mayonnaise and

Hot Artichoke Dip

1 (15 oz) can artichoke hearts, drained and cut
1 can diced green chilies
green onions, chopped
1 c grated parmesan cheese
1 c mayonnaise
tomatoes, chopped

Mix all ingredients together except tomatoes and green onions. Put into a 9
inch pie plate and bake at 350 F for 25 minutes or until lightly browned.
Sprinkle with tomatoes and green onions. Serve with crackers or pita bread
